arkiF = architecture + fotografi*

The architecture is the raw material, foto* is our profession, and the objective is to translate the three-dimensional to two dimensions; a flat image that communicates via screens and printet matter.

*=photography, at the risk of stating the obvious.

Through the lens we observe and document the human-made in its natural surroundings.

With the exception of only a couple of pages this website is in norwegian only. Feel free to use an online translation service in order to navigate it or reach out to us using the contact form on this page.

We aim to create a true to life description of the subject and the present conditions; a document, or several, that together will make up a visual reportage about the subject.

In addition to assignments we are working on a few documentation projects, some of which will be published on this website.

arkiF is based i Bergen and takes on assignments in Norway and abroad.
